I couldn’t be happier with the outcome – I was very skeptical at first and unsure on whether information would be found on the person that scammed me. The manager was very professional to deal with and was upfront with how the investigation worked, explaining that it would be a 50 / 50 chance on having a successful outcome so there was no misunderstandings. As it turned out I received the details I required via phone as well as a free report at no charge given as a good will gesture.
